The remaining $250 must be paid to secure the puppy, making it unavailable to other buyers. Non-refundable and transferable to another puppy. Payment Methods for Deposit: PayPal (Friends & Family) Zelle Apple Pay Varo Chime E-Transfer (Canada Only) Bank Wire Transfer Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in cash at pickup. If using a puppy nanny, the puppy must be paid in full and cleared before departure. Pickup & Boarding Policy Puppy must be picked up within one week of being notified it is ready (typically around 9 weeks of age). Late Pickup Fees: $50 per week boarding fee for up to two weeks. After two weeks, the puppy will be made available to another buyer, and the contract writing fee will not be refunded or transferred. AKC Registration & Breeding Restrictions Limited AKC Registration: This puppy is sold as a pet only with LIMITED AKC registration. Buyer agrees that if they choose to spay/neuter the puppy, the procedure shall not be performed before the puppy is 6 months old, as medically recommended, and must be completed by 18 months of age. Health Guarantee & Veterinary Care Health at Time of Purchase: Puppy is current on vaccines (as noted on provided vaccination records). Comes with a vet certificate and a clean bill of health. 1-Year Genetic & Congenital Defect Guarantee: Covers life-threatening genetic or congenital defects resulting in death. Exclusions: Contracted illnesses, accidents, parasites, or issues stemming from improper care. Common breed-specific conditions (e.g. luxating patellas, collapsing trachea, hypoglycemia) are not covered. Claim Process: Buyer must notify the seller immediately with a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy dies within the guarantee period, a necropsy is required to confirm the cause of death. Refunds or replacements are offered for puppies of equal or lesser value.
