Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction & Puppy Well-Being

At RobertsChihuahuaPups, we take great pride in providing healthy, happy, and well-socialized Chihuahua puppies. While we strive to ensure a smooth adoption process, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines to protect both the buyer and our beloved puppies.

 

📜 Puppy Health & Refund Guarantee

✔ 72-Hour Health Evaluation Guarantee We require all buyers to have their Chihuahua puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the puppy is found to have a serious health issue directly caused by the breeder, the buyer may:

  • Return the puppy for a full refund, with seller covering return costs.

  • Exchange the puppy for another available one of equal value.

🚨 Important: Refunds will NOT be granted for minor issues such as adjustment stress, minor colds, or lack of appetite, as these are common when transitioning to a new home.

✔ Genetic Health Guarantee – 1 Year All puppies come with a one-year genetic health guarantee against major hereditary conditions. If a licensed veterinarian confirms a life-threatening genetic disorder, buyers may:

  • Receive a replacement puppy of equal value.

  • Opt for partial reimbursement for medical treatment (case-by-case basis).

 

🔄 30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every Chihuahua to find the right loving home. If within 30 days, the buyer feels unable to bond with their puppy or provide proper care, they may:

  • Return the puppy for a partial refund (70% of purchase price).

  • Receive credit toward another puppy adoption in the future.

🚨 Refund Exclusions:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the puppy is returned with signs of neglect, injury, or illness caused by the buyer, refunds will not be provided.

 

⚠️ Transfer & Rehoming Policy

✔ First Right of Return – If a buyer can no longer keep the puppy, RobertsChihuahuaPups must be notified first. We will:

  • Help find a new loving home.

  • Offer to take the puppy back, depending on circumstances.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited:

  • Puppies must never be sold, leased, traded, or given to pet shops, shelters, research labs, or similar facilities.
